Situated in Newcastle, in the northern part of KwaZulu Natal, Majuba College is an integral component in the regional strategy for economic development, poverty alleviation, employment creation, skills development and empowerment. Comprising of 5 separate campuses that offer a comprehensive range of knowledge and skills programs, Majuba College is focused upon making a positive impact on the community, social development and the environment, as well as contributing towards realizing the shared socio-economic objectives of local provincial and national government. Since last year, the Department has managed to process and release large volumes of pending NC (V) certificates on a weekly basis to colleges. All the backlog and current certificates have since been dispatched and distributed to individual TVET colleges. Students are advised to approach their colleges to verify the availability of their certificates and, if not available, to immediately lodge queries with college management. Colleges are expected to immediately report queries on certificates directly to the Department for further investigation where after affected students will be notified by their respective colleges on the outcome of their queries. An induction programme was then held for the graduates who were successfully chosen. Majuba TVET College recently launched a significant partnership with JJK, a locally based company which prides itself in continuous utstanding, ground breaking and exceptional achievements. The two partners wish to further enhance their research and development through education, training and development. The College does not have the facilities to provide these services. There is a scam being run where people are claiming to be agents of the college. We also provide all application and enrolment forms free of charge.
